Vikrant and Suchitra, founders of Suvifit, met while working in cult fitness, and during their time there, they realised that they had a common goal of creating an impact on corporate folks.

 The whole idea to start Suvifit is to aim and serve more corporate entrepreneurs and employees, and help them with their physical ailments and mental stress, as both of the founders know that the people who have a corporate life hardly get time to work on their health which in today’s day and age is important. 

What they want is to maintain a personal aspect and trust that they think is extremely critical when dealing with people’s lives. They want this space to be a community, a place where you are always welcome.

They want to help you transform overwhelm into profound calmness, so you feel more empowered and connected to yourself.

Meet Our Founders

Vikrant Puri

Vikrant Puri, a hardcore fitness fanatic who is a certified yoga instructor from the University of Patanjali. He is an Ex Cult-Fit Zonal Yoga Head who has taught more than 5000 students already. His expertise is in Strength and Flexibility training with yoga which results in weight loss, boosts metabolism, increases self-esteem, improves posture, and much more.

Being in this industry for 7 years, he truly believes that yoga unites the mind, body, and spirit in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well-being. When he started yoga, he knew it was going to change his life; it surely did, and he hopes that he can bring the change to you as well. In his opinion, “You are never too late to start practicing yoga, so start where you are and do what you definitely can do”.

Suchitra Prabhu

Suchita Prabhu, a fitness enthusiast, yoga therapist and a marathoner. Her journey of yoga started with an introductory course called Yoga Instructors Course from S-vyasa, post which she urged to get systematically deeper in this journey by successfully finishing Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga Therapy in the same university. Later, she also got certified as an RYT 200 Hatha and Vinyasa teacher. Her expertise is Yoga therapy for ailments such as Diabetes, BP, PCOD, Migraine, Back-pain, and Knee pain. She majorly deals with preventive care, which includes geriatric patients, Prenatal, Post-natal clients.

Conducting yoga sessions for almost a decade now and being an Ex Cult-Fit Talent Acquisition Head of Yoga, she has understood that regular practice will heal, correct posture, improve your physical and emotional well-being, and give you a sense of peace and calm. Being a marathoner herself who has completed 8+ half marathons over the past few years, has taught her that it is about being conscious of every breath in this journey. She believes “If we control our minds, we can live a healthy life”.
